Lanscott Filmworks LLC is a post-production studio based in St Louis, Missouri, working entirely online. You send the footage, and we shape it into video that is ready to publish.

We edit promotional videos, short social content, corporate recordings and ongoing monthly work. We do not shoot or supply footage, so every project starts with the material you already have.

We keep our project load small on purpose. Each video gets careful attention, clear updates and an agreed round of revisions.

    How do I get started?

    Choose a service in the Services section and check out, or send us a message through the contact form if you would like to discuss the project first. After that we ask you to share your footage and a short brief, and we confirm the scope with you before editing begins.

    What kind of footage can I send?

    We work with footage you already have: camera files, phone recordings, screen captures and audio. Common formats such as MP4 and MOV are fine. Share the files through a download link from any cloud storage you prefer. We do not shoot footage or supply stock material as part of the service.

    How long does a project take?

    A typical first cut is ready about 48 hours after the brief is confirmed. Longer or more complex projects, such as webinars and interviews, can take more time, and we tell you the expected timeline when we confirm the scope.

    How many revisions are included?

    Revision rounds are agreed in writing before editing begins, so you always know what is included. Feedback is collected in one list per round, which keeps changes accurate and the schedule on track. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.

    How do pricing and payment work?

    Each service has a clear price shown on the site, and payment is made through our secure checkout. For larger or custom projects, contact us and we will send an individual quote before any work starts.

    Which formats do you deliver?

    We export for the platform you publish on, including 16:9 widescreen, 9:16 vertical and 1:1 square, as MP4 or MOV files. Subtitles can be delivered as an SRT file or added directly into the video. Finished files are shared through a download link.

    Can I set up a monthly arrangement?

    Yes. Ongoing Video Editing Support is a flexible monthly plan for teams that publish regularly. It covers recurring editing, subtitles, color correction and formatting, and it can be adjusted as your content calendar changes.

    How do you handle my files and privacy?

    Your footage is used only for your project and kept organised from upload until delivery. We do not publish or share client material without your permission. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer.

    What if I am not happy with the result?

    Tell us what needs to change and we will work through it with you in the agreed revision rounds. For anything beyond that, our Refund Policy, linked in the footer, explains when refunds apply to digital services.
